- Drop-Off: After the assessment and quote, the customer can post the item(s) to us.

- Delivery: Once the repair is done, the item will be shipped back to the customer.

- Moderate Repairs (edge repairs and touch-ups): 3 to 8 weeks
- Major Repairs (lining replacement, handles replacement, and others): 3 to 12 weeks
