RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for patronizing aluyaleathergoods.com . We strive by producing premium handmade leather goods that last the test of time and ages beautifully. In event of any manufacturer’s defect or concerns, kindly contact us via email: info@aluyaleathergoods.com or direct Instagram / Facebook message and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible. 

Please note the follow item(s) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged:

•           Sales & Promotional items

•           Personalized & custom-made items.

•           Altered, assembled, and defective items due to usage.

Return

To initiate a return all original packaging must be shipped back to us, this includes any boxes, bags, or other materials that were included with the product at the time of purchase. Also, the product must be in its original condition and not damaged to be eligible for a return. If the product is altered due to usage, we may not accept the return.

To return an item(s), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back to us and issue an exchange once we have received the item(s) and verified that it meets our return standards. 

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s) unless for an item(s) with manufacturer’s defect, in this case we will cover the return and exchange shipping cost. 

Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Items

If you have received any damaged or faulty item (during transition for example), or if your order is wrong or incomplete, please let us know at your earliest convenience and we will rectify the situation and the exchange order will be shipped as soon as the original item(s) is received back and depending on stock availability. 

Lost Parcel

If a package is not received and is feared lost, please contact us and we will do what we can to assist in tracking down and recovering the parcel. We request 14 days from the expected delivery day to carry out the necessary searches and investigation and establish that a parcel is really lost, and not delayed before reshipping / replacing the lost item(s).

Please take Note.

Animals skin has scratch marks, hair, pores / hair follicles, this is not a defect or damage, and it only shows the history of the leather used and its authenticity. Such a return as a defect will not be accepted. 

Dye Transfer

Please be aware that darker-coloured leathers can transfer colour onto lighter-coloured fabrics and mark them. Dark-coloured fabric dyes (such as denim and others) can also transfer colour onto lighter-coloured leathers. Colour transfer in this way is not covered under our return policy.
