SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide and we aim to get all orders processed within 48 hours to the courier company. Orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. During the peak season processing, dispatch and delivery timeframes may be extended.

UK Orders: We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for shipping all UK orders which takes 2 – 4 working days to arrive at your destination.

International Orders: We use Royal Mail International Tracked; delivery will take 5 – 10 working days depending on the destination. This service comes with a tracking number that customers can use to track their package to the point of delivery.

Please Note: You can make your own delivery arrangement, kindly send us a direct message on Instagram / Facebook or you can contact us via email info@aluyaleathergoods.com to make the arrangement.

If your package is undeliverable and returned to us after trying to make 2 delivery attempts, due to the following; an incorrect address, wrong information was provided, you refuse to pay import taxes, or moved to another address without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. Any re-delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees.

Customs Duty & Taxes:

When ordering goods across international borders, packages are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. Goods above £150 may be subjected to customs duties upon arrival and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay this as this is not included in the product pricing.

Once a package arrives in the destination country, it goes through an import procedure as determined by customs law. The shipment is cleared through customs and based on the quantity / value of the item(s), the customs authority will contact you if you need to pay any VAT or duty fee to receive your package or not.
